Doctors are hit and miss, some are really good, others dubious, however the real downside is the arrogance and contempt shown by the receptionists. Not sure if they take rudeness lessons or are brought up that way, however either way it makes for a very unpleasant experience. I have been a patient here for many years, sad to see it decline, but I just can't stand dealing with the rudeness any more, massaging their egos etc, when all I want is to visit a GP.
